Included in the camp fee is a wrestling competition on Saturday. Camp participants entry fee is paid.
Camp 2 - July 28-Aug 2
This camp offers basic to advanced folkstyle (high school) wrestling.
Incuded in the camp fee is a wrestling competition on Saturday. Camp participants entry fee is paid.
Camp 3 - Aug 11-16
This camp offers basic to advanced folkstyle (high school) wrestling.

The School of Wrestling And Training - Club SWAT
The School of Training And Wrestling is for all ages and from beginers to world class wrestlers. The year is broken down into three 12 week sessions. One session for folkstyle (high school wrestling) and 2 sessions for freestyle and greco-roman (Olymipc style).
The School of Wrestling and Training offers the following for it's members:
- Seven basic wrestling skills for all styles and any combative disapline
- Weight training and conditioning for championship results
- Nutritional guidance for a healthy and balanced diet
- Training equipment that will help acheive the highest physical condition and aerobic exercise for stimina
- Personalized training in wrestling, weight training, physical conditioning and nutrition
Personal Training in Wrestling and Weight Training
Personal training is a superior way for wrestlers learn and master techniques. Our program uses an approach so the student truly understands the mechanisms of the technique. Executing perfect techniques wins wrestling matches; techniques’ become unstoppable even when the opponent knows it coming.
Proper weight training aids a wrestler in streght and conditioning. Two of the three vital elements need to become a champion wrestler. The muscles must be trained for the sport of wrestle to become effective in competition. Static muscles look great but that is not what's need for a wrestler. Wrestlers' need to build reactive muscle that is explosive and responsive to instantaneous recall.
Here are a few of the fundamentals taught:
- Why and how does it work
- Execution of the technique - timing
- Counter attacks
- Sportsmanship
- Body mechanics
- Aerobic conditioning
Our staff will analyze video or DVD of your matches or competition. We will deduce your strengths and weaknesses then assemble a training drills and or conditioning that will help correct and overcome the weaknesses along with enhancing strengths.
